Size Guide
Choose the fit that matches how you move.
Start with current body measurements and the chart for the exact product. Size names are not standardized across brands, and fit can also vary between product lines from the same brand. Fitted styles should remain comfortable through breathing, lifting, stretching, sitting, and walking.
Measure before comparing sizes
Follow the seller's measuring instructions and use a flexible tape without pulling it tight. Common measurements include bust or chest, underbust, natural waist, hips, inseam, and torso length. If a measurement falls between sizes, compare the fabric stretch, intended fit, and the area where you most need room.
Fit by activity
- Running and HIIT: choose secure pieces that stay in place without limiting stride or breathing.
- Yoga and studio workouts: look for soft stretch, comfortable waistbands, and enough coverage for bending.
- Travel and recovery: relaxed fits, soft waistbands, and easy layers usually feel better for long wear.
Check the garment, not only the label
Rise, inseam, waistband construction, cup coverage, straps, sleeve openings, and fabric recovery all affect fit. Compression should feel secure without pain, numbness, or restricted breathing. Stop the fit check if an item causes discomfort.
Before ordering
Confirm available sizes, the seller's chart, materials, fit notes, and return conditions. Reviews can provide useful sizing clues, but they cannot determine fit for every body. Keep packaging and tags until you know whether an indoor try-on is allowed.
