ActivewearEtc uses limited information to operate and secure the site, understand product discovery, deliver requested emails, and support orders if checkout is enabled.

Information you provide

You may provide an email address when requesting a guide or joining a product list. If checkout becomes available, Stripe and the fulfillment provider may process your name, contact details, shipping address, selected product, and payment confirmation. ActivewearEtc does not receive or store raw card details.

Site operation and measurement

Vercel may process hosting, security, performance, and basic web-analytics data. Google Analytics 4 receives consent-mode signals and may receive limited measurement information when storage is denied. If you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity may record interaction patterns such as clicks, scrolling, and page navigation so we can improve the site.

Advertising and Google AdSense

If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to ActivewearEtc or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services in Google's partner-sites policy. Where applicable, visitors may use industry advertising choices to opt out of some third-party personalized advertising.

ActivewearEtc does not ask visitors to click ads and does not receive personal purchase details from advertisers. Advertising, when active, is kept separate from navigation and affiliate shopping links.

Your privacy choices

The site's analytics banner controls optional analytics and session-insight storage. Your selection is stored in your browser under activewearetc-analytics-consent-v2. Use the Privacy choices link in the footer to clear that selection and choose again.

If Google advertising is enabled, visitors in regions that require consent will receive a separate message delivered through a Google-certified consent management platform. That message controls advertising consent choices where required.

Email, orders, and service providers

When configured, Supabase stores email requests and order records, Resend delivers requested email, Stripe processes checkout, and Printful may receive the details needed to fulfill an order. These providers receive only the information needed for their services and apply their own privacy and security terms.

Affiliate links

Amazon and other merchant links lead to separate websites with their own privacy, checkout, shipping, and return practices. ActivewearEtc may record the product, page, button position, and time of an outbound click, but it does not receive your Amazon order details. Read the affiliate disclosure for more information.

Retention, security, and requests

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information you provided.

Children's privacy

ActivewearEtc is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
