Choose fit by movement, not just size.
Regular fit works for most training and everyday wear. Relaxed fit is better for layering and recovery. Fitted apparel can help during high-movement workouts, but it should not restrict breathing, shoulder movement, or stride.
Common fit goals
- Secure: useful for running, gym sessions, and high-movement workouts.
- Soft stretch: useful for yoga, walking, travel, and everyday comfort.
- Relaxed: useful for recovery, layering, errands, and long travel days.
- Compression: useful when you prefer a held-in feel, but it should still allow comfortable movement.
